LOUISVILLE, Ga. - Mrs. Alma Williams, 87, daughter of late Alvin and Annie Lou Williams, entered into rest Monday, April 14, 2008 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at Walden United Methodist Church, with Rev. Tom Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at the Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends April 15, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 Tuesday evening at the funeral. Mrs. Williams was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Mrs. Williams was an accountant at Jefferson County News and Farmer, also was a President of the Jefferson County Chapter AARP and she was a member of Walden United Methodist Church. Mrs. Williams is survived by her son, John Judson (Ann) Williams, Lilburn, Ga.; niece, Jan (Jerry) Grice, Hephzibah, Ga. and Tammy Ryan, Wrens, Ga.; nephew, Andrew Ryan, Wrens, Ga.; her beloved grandchildren, Ben (Jennifer) Williams, Springfield, Ga. and Wendy (Justin) Breda, Lilburn, Ga.; and her four great-grandchildren, Madison Breda, Braxton Breda, Megan Williams and Braden Williams. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her sister, Bessie Mae Amerson. Pallbearers will be Jack Clark, Fay McGahee, Howard McGahee, Bennett Howard, Marion Milburn, and Boyd Williams.
