MAC PHERSON William, 82, of Paramus, formerly of North Bergen passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2010. Before retiring he worked as a Consultant for Western Electric Company in New York, NY. William was an Army veteran having served during the Korean War. Dear husband of the late Dorothy (nee Stenglein). Beloved father of Kenneth Mac Pherson and his wife Elena, Lynn Mac Pherson and Douglas Mac Pherson. Beloved grandfather of Eric Mac Pherson, Kevin Mac Pherson, Jeffrey Zuidema and his wife Amy, Ean Mac Pherson and Ailyn Mac Pherson. Beloved great-grandfather of Estella Zuidema and Bruce Zuidema. Dear brother of Marion Garahan, Isabelle Moore, Alexander Mac Pherson and Jean DiMartino. Predeceased by his brother Robert Mac Pherson, his sister Ethel Hutnyan and his grandson James Zuidema. Funeral service 10:30 AM on Tuesday at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, S-113 Farview Ave., Paramus. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Family will receive friends Monday from 2-4, 7-9 PM.
