Ruby K. Woods WOODRUFF-- Ruby Kidd Woods, 72, of 1785 Old Spartanburg Highway died Monday, December 02, 2013 at Regional Hospice Home. A native of Charlottesville, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur Clinton and Bertha Mae Wood Kidd. She was a member of Light House Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Arthur Woods of the home; one daughter, Cheryl Denise Leskanic of Gaffney; one son, Gregory Lee Woods of Woodruff; three brothers; Wilbur Kidd of Earleysville, VA., David Kidd and Robert Kidd both of Charlottesville, VA.; one sister, Rachel Simmons of Crimora, VA.; two grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Donald Paris and Rev. Ray Southerland. Entombment will follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Roebuck. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary. The family is at the residence.
