Robert P. Williams Robert P. Williams, 55, of Gaithersburg, Md., died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006, surrounded by his family and dear friends. A memorial service is planned. He graduated from Bethel Park High School, attended the University of Pittsburgh and Penn Technical Institute and graduated from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County. He worked as an electronics technician at Georgetown University, NUS Corporation and Professional Products.He taught mathematics at Poolesville High School and worked as a computer programmer at Westat. Bob leaves a circle of close friends with whom he shared his many interests in music, travel, baking, needlepoint, gardening, social justice, animal rights and non-violence. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Carol Heineman Williams; his parents Earl R.and D.
