Mrs. Willie Lee Williams, age 87, passed away on July 6th after a brief illness in Lithonia, Ga. She was a Bulloch County native, but resided in Lithonia, Ga., for over 30 years. She retired as a custodian and was a member of the Big Miller Grove Baptist Church of Lithonia, Ga. She is survived by two daughters, Mary Evelyn Denson of Statesboro, Ga., and Jean Harris of Stockbridge, Ga.; two sons, Robert Cannady and Edward Clark, both of Statesboro, Ga.; two sisters, Jeanette Holloway of Philadelphia and Almareta Wilkerson of Statesboro, Ga.; two brothers, Archie (Grace) Holloway of Statesboro, Ga., and James Holloway of Fayetteville, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral service for Mrs. Willie Lee Williams will be Saturday, July 16, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Claxton, Ga. Interment will be held in the church cemetery.
