Michael C. Parker "Mike", 54, of 105 Heaton Circle, formerly of Greenwood, husband of Lynne Uldrick Parker, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2003, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Mr. Parker was born in Greenville County. He was the son of the late Rev. A.C. Parker and Jessie Lee Trotter Parker. Mr. Parker was previously employed as General Merchandise Manager of Belk in Greenwood, and was a former pastor of Perry Road Wesleyan Church of Greenville and Pickens View Wesleyan Church of Pickens. Surviving are his wife, of the home; one daughter, Aimee P. Underwood, and her husband, Marty, of Easley; one stepgranddaughter, Tiffany Underwood; one brother, Philip Parker, and his wife, Nancy, of Palatka, Fla.; one niece, Christina Parker; two nephews, Kyle and Billy Parker; his mother-in-law, Martha S. Uldrick, of Easley; and special friends, Rick and Diane Sims. Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, at 2 p.m., at Rock Springs Baptist Church in Easley, with the Rev. Dr. David Gallamore, the Rev. Arnold Beard, the Rev. Dan Belcher, the Rev. Lawrence Keever, the Rev. Phil Baily and the Rev. Dr. Byrl Rosenberger officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening, from 7 to 8:30, at Dillard Memorial Funeral Home in Pickens. Memorials may be made to Rock Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, 212 Dayton School Road, Easley, SC 29642. The family is at the home.
