JOHNSON, Mrs. Lula M' Martin, a resident of Montgomery, AL expired Thurs., Dec. 8, 2005. Funeral serv-ices will be held Sat., Dec. 17, 2005 at 11:00 AM from Bethel Miss. Bapt. Church with Rev. Calvin McTier offi-ciating. Interment will follow in East-wood Cemetery with Phillips-Riley Funeral Home directing. Mrs. John-son was born in Lowndes County, Alabama to the late John Allen and Zelma Martin. Those who will cherish her memory are her devot-ed sons and grandson, Learnest Martin, Sr., Joe Spencer Martin and Learnest Martin, Jr., Montgomery, AL; six sisters, Maxine Golson, Low-ndes County, AL; Callie M' John-son, Ailean Martin, both of Mont-gomery, AL; Essie M' Duncan, Millbrook, AL; Ruby Lee Collins, Car-rie Whiting, Montgomery, AL; one brother, Anthony Martin, Montgom-ery, AL; and a host of great grand-children. The body will lie in state one hour prior to funeral service.
