Louise Rice Williams, 83, of Abbeville Nursing Home, died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2002, at the nursing home. Born in Elbert County, Ga., Nov. 27, 1918, she was a daughter of the late Easton and Mattie Cofer Rice. She was retired from Abbeville Manufacturing and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors: A daughter, Judy Brown Horton, of Abbeville; a son, Bobby Joe Williams, of Abbeville; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 2 to 3 p.m. today, at Harris Funeral Home, with the service at 3 p.m. Burial: Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Family: 143 Horton Drive, Abbeville.
