HANLEY, June Elizabeth (Holdgate). (1929-2006). Passed away peacefully on February 5, 2006 at the age of seventy-six at the Lakeshore General Hospital after a brief illness, surrounded by her loving husband William Hanley and her devoted family. She was predeceased by her first husband Francis Smith, her parents, Mary and Herbert Holdgate, her brothers Harold (Eileen) and Douglas (Julie). Beloved wife of William Hanley, loving mother to Audrey (Rodney), Ross (Joanne), Shirley (Steve), Richard (Gale), Donna (Dan), Ronald (Gayle), Reggie (Shelley), Barbara (Jacques), Debra (Ken), and Robert. Cherished grandmother of Tracy (Pete), Lori (Derek), Kim (Darren), Shawn, Danny, Melissa, Jonathan, Kayla, Ronnie, Jennifer, Kristin, Jason, Jackie, Ryan, Luc, Ben, Olivia, Dylan, Megan, Sarah, Stacey and Christopher and her great grandchildren, Bailey, Brooke, Madison, Shane, Faith and Alexander who were her pride and joy. Dear sister to Horace (the late Betty), and sister-in-law to Bernice Burton (Ken). She will also be sadly missed by William's children, Colleen (Mike), Ricky (Carol), Cathy (Keith), Lynn (Dave), their children, and all of her many nieces, nephews, many friends and relatives. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her and we will hold her in our hearts forever. Special thanks to the dedicated staff of the Lakeshore General Hospital. Visitation to take place at Feron's Funeral Homes, 2630 Notre Dame St. West, Mtl, Qc, on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, February 8, 2006 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Gabriel's Church on Thursday, February 9, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment Montreal Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations that are made in her honour to Lakeshore General Hospital Geriatric Foundation, 160 Stillview Ave., Pointe Claire, Qc. H3R 2Y2, would be gratefully appreciated.
