Helen R. Age 71, of Kelsey St., Wellsboro, PA, died May 26, 2004. She was the wife of the late Robert D. Horton. Helen was born July 29, 1932 in Morris, PA, the daughter of the late Harry and Grace Broughton Osborn. Survived by three daughters, three sisters, one brother-in-law, one sister-in-law, three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Friends and relatives are invited to Helen's Life Celebration on Sunday, May 30, 2004 from 7-9 p.m. at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, a "Life Celebration Home," 139 Main St., Wellsboro, PA. Funeral there Monday, May 31, 2004 at 11 a.m. Burial in West Branch Cemetery.
