WILLIAMS, CHARLES DENVER "DEMP", 80 Orange Lake - Mr. Charles Denver "Demp" Williams, 80, of Orange Lake passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2007 at Palm Gardens of Ocala. He was born in Parma, MO and moved to Marion County in 1968. He retired in 1989 from the University of Florida where he was an electrician. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Ruby E. Williams of Orange Lake; sister, Pearl Louise Williams Moore of Orange Lake; daughters, Sharon Sue Mackey of Jackson, MO and Shirley Ann Drochter of Manchester, MO; granddaughters, Theresa Hensley of Ocala, Ashley Drochter of Charleston, SC, Rachel and Katie Ellen Drochter of St. Louis, MO; grandsons, Richard V. Chambers of Orange Lake, David and Michael Chambers of Citra, and Johnny Wayne Gaines of Kelso, MO; great granddaughters, Taylor Hensley of Ocala and Kaylee Chambers of Orange Lake; great grandsons, Jordan Hensley of Ocala and Bradley Gaines of Cape Girardeau, MO and several nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Dereth Ellen Williams Pursell and Deborah Kay Williams Chambers. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 18, 2007 at 11 a.m. at HIERS FUNERAL HOME, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala. Interment will follow in Millwood Cemetery in Reddick. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
