JOHNSON, CAROLYN, 68, of Louisville, died Tuesday. She was a member of Newburg Apostolic Church. She is survived by her husband, George E. Johnson; children, Phillip, Kimberley, Montina, Paul and Hope; mother, Anna Merritt; several stepsisters; and 16 grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Forest Baptist Church, 3622 Petersburg Rd., with burial in Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Friday at the church.
