Carl J. Williams Chesterton, IN Carl J. Williams, age 78, of Chesterton, IN, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2007 at St. Anthony Memorial Hospital in Michigan City, IN. He is survived by two daughters: Sue Ann (Tim) Burns of AZ and Cheryl (Trent) McKinster of NC; two grandchildren: Mason and Colin McKinster; special friend, Patsy Tiemann of Valparaiso, IN. Preceded in death by wife, Cora. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton, IN with Rev. Terry Rhine officiating. Interment Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, IN. Visitation will be Monday, June 18, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, June 19, 2007 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home. Carl was a supervisor at U.S. Steel Water Treatment Plant. He served in the U.S. Army. Carl was a part of the family at Chesterton First United Methodist Church. He was a member of River Point Supervisor's Club and the Chesterton Moose Lodge. Carl was a lover of nature, an active reader and responsible citizen.
