Beatrice E. White, 93, Venice, died Sept. 16, 2004, in Sarasota. She was born April 14, 1911, in Stony Creek, N.Y., and came to Venice in 1985 from Corinth, N.Y. She owned and operated with her husband the Arthur White and Son's Hardware in Corinth, which then became a part of the True Value franchise. She was a member of the Corinth Grange and the First Methodist Church of Corinth. Survivors include her son, David of Venice; a daughter, Vera Milligan of Venice; six grandchildren; and eight great- grandchildren. Services will be in Corinth. Ewing Funeral Home, Venice, is in charge. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
