He passed away on July 18, 2014 in Cape Coral, FL.Bill has been known throughout the community as the owner of Bill Carroll Water for over 25 years. He enjoyed spending his time watching NASCAR and traveling in his motorhome. Bill is survived by his children Sherri Matthews, Chuck (Rocio) Carroll, and Shawn Wingate; grandchildren Ty, Stephanie, Luke, Olivia, Kendall, and Raegan; and his loving companion Caryl Hughes and her children Allison Fontaine and Kim (Brett) Anderson; and Caryl's grandchildren Brooke, Drew, Kira, Jordyn, and Ryan; and his furry best friend Thumper.A Memorial Celebration will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at the Fuller Metz Funeral Home at 5:00 PM.
