A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Harold Smith and Nannie Lou Rogers Parker. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Roger Steven Parker, who died in 1997.Vickii is survived by her brother, Joseph Smith "Joe" Parker of Smyrna, TN; nephew, Justin Luke Parker and his wife Kristi of Smyrna, TN; niece, Kathryn Nan Parker and her fianc?, Justin Walker, both of Nashville, TN; great nephews, Joshua Bryan Parker and Justin Garrett Parker; her beloved "buppy", Dakota. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, with Kerfese Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, with Charlie Chisam, Mike Parker, Tim Jernigan, Jason Bragg, Bill and Billy Haney, Bryan and Brandon Baranuk serving as Pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Josh and Garrett Parker.Vickii was a member of the Church of Christ and was a special caregiver.
