He was 18.Born in Lakeland on Sept. 4, 1987, he was a lifelong resident. He was an insulation mechanic for Brock Specialty Services. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lakeland.Mr. Parker is survived by his parents, Allen and Julie Parker, Lakeland; brothers, Michael Parker, Tommy Parker, Bryan Jones Jr., Kordel Hilliard, all of Lakeland; sister, Chelsea Parker, Lakeland; maternal grandmother, Yvonne West, Lakeland. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday with a wake service at 6 p.m. at Heath Funeral Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel.
