Sarah Elizabeth Lanier, 58, Bradenton and formerly of Sarasota, died Jan. 24, 2007. She was born March 5, 1948, in Sarasota and was a lifelong area resident. She was former president of the American Legion in Sarasota and was a Pentecostal. Survivors include her mother, Zula J. Raulerson of Bradenton; sons Randall and Robert, both of Sarasota; a sister, Mary Otero of Sarasota; a brother, James D. Raulerson of Sarasota; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today, with services to follow, at Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Bradenton Chapel. Graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Fort Green Baptist Church Cemetery.
