He is survived by his parents, Heather and Dan; sister, Grace; grandparents, Sue and Mike Weidner and Barbara and George Campbell; loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his dog, Callie. Sam will be missed by many.A memorial celebrating Sam's lifelong bravery will be held 3 PM, Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the School of the Arts.
