PARKER Russell J. Parker, age 76, of Milford, beloved husband of Loretta Terry Parker, died on Wednesday, November 22, 2006. Mr. Parker was born in Bridgeport on September 4, 1930 to the late Russell W. and Rose Farrell Parker and was a Fairfield resident for 43 years prior to moving to Milford four years ago. He was a landscaper for the Baron for 10 years. Mr. Parker was a member of several bowling leagues throughout the years. Survivors, in addition to his wife, Loretta, include a son, Matthew C. Parker of Milford; two daughters, Dorothy Parker of Stratford and Margaret Fix and her husband, Michael, of Vermont; two brothers, Robert Parker of New Hampshire and Francis Parker; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday at 10 a.m. for a Mass in St. Gabriel's Church, Milford, with a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will be in St. Michael Garden Mausoleum, Stratford. Friends may call on Friday 4 to 8 p.m. in the Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.
