Rose Lee "Dimp" Reid, age 81 of Pensacola, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 13, 2010 surrounded by her family. Mrs. Reid was a native and lifelong resident of Pensacola. She was a member of The First Nazarene Church where she taught Sunday school and served as treasurer.She was preceded in death by her husband, Rezile W. Reid.She was survived by four daughters, Linda Gates (Larry), Joyce Ward, Carole Henderson (Doug) and Betty Reid; three sons, Joe Reid (Debbie), Carl Reid (Jennifer) and Donald Reid; 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; three sisters, Ella Mae Wesson, Mary Wood and Faye Boyette; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 20, 2010 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South with Reverend Joe McNulty officiating. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.FAITH CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME SOUTH, 100 Beverly Pkwy, is in charge of arrangements.The family will receive friends at Faith Chapel from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, December 19.Condolences may be placed online at www.fcfhs.com
