JOHNSON Rosa Lee Philips- Johnson died October 19, 2007. Mrs. Johnson was longtime and faithful member of Emanuel Missionary Baptist Church. She was also very active in a number of fraternal organizations including the “G. T. McCall Assembly #22 Order of the Golden Circle” and became the “Grand State Loyal Lady Ruler” of the “Fred Alexander Grand State Assembly, PHA” a position she held for 23 years. Survivors include: son, Donald of Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Cynthia, Donald, Ronald; nine great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends. Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 27, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at Emanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 2407 S. L. Badger Cir. E., Rev. Herb Anderson, Pastor. The late Mrs. Johnson will rest in the mortuary for visitation of friends today from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and in the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service.
