ELDER, Robert Arnold "Bob"Peacefully at home, on Tuesday, March 4th, 2014, in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Evelyn Monson. Survived by his sisters Helene Lefebvre (Paul) and Geraldine Ackerman, loving mother-in-law Sylvia Monson, sister-in-law Helen Gladstone (Harold), children Steven (Sylvie), Lynn Turner (John), Arnold, Jim, grandchildren Brandi, Amanda, Matthew, Patrick, Brooke, Adam, great-grandson Cyris. Predeceased by his brother Arnold. Will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. His company, Canadian Cabinets Co. Ltd., built biological safety equipment which he designed and patented. A major achievement was to receive US NSF certification for his biohood. His design was widely copied in the industry. To the management and staff at Embassy West Senior Living, and to the caregivers from Bayshore Home Health, a heartfelt thank you. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O'Connor) on Monday, March 10th from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m., with a reception to follow. Burial of cremated remains at a later date in Beebe Plain Cemetery, Stanstead, Quebec.
