Smith, 86, of Sohn-Alloway Rd., passed away Friday, (February 27, 2015).A Memorial Service will be announced in the spring, with burial in Rural Cemetery, Lyons.Contributions in Phyllis' memory may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or to Town of Lyons Ambulance. Phyllis was born March 25, 1928 in Syracuse, a daughter to the late Coral and Elizabeth Schwab Smith. She retired from New York State Veteran's Affairs in Waterloo and was an avid golfer and loved to travel.She is survived by her brother, George (June) Smith of Newark; niece, Cheryl (Charles) Brownell of Phelps; great-nephew, Timothy Shove of Phelps and many very special friends.Arrangements are by Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, Lyons. www.keysorfuneralhomes.com
