Pauline Brown, wife of I.L. "Charlie" Brown, went to be with Our Lord on April 17 at her residence, after a lengthy illness.She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., the daughter of Frank and Rose Locascio. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a sister, Anne Marie Guiliano of Center Moriches, N.Y.; five children, Charles Lightfoot of Marble Falls, Texas, James Lightfoot of Charlotte, N.C., Kenneth Brown of Greenville, Kathy Martinez of Marimar, Fla., and Susan Vacula of Tampa, Fla. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held April 29 at 2 p.m. at Pleasant View Baptist Church, Old Rutherford Road, near Greer Greenville Tech campus. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pleasant View Christian Academy, 110 Old Rutherford Road, Greer, SC 29650.Cremation Society of South Carolina.
