GREENFIELD - Patricia M. (Lebert) Slattery, 58, died Saturday 4-18-15 at home.She was born in Greenfield July 14, 1956 the daughter of Albert and Phyllis (Turner) Lebert.Patricia was a graduate of Greenfield High School and went on to attend GCC. She enjoyed drawing, writing, poetry and music. Patricia worked for STAVROS as a Personal Care Attendant. Her survivors include her longtime companion Bob Williams of Greenfield, her son Jason Drouin of Chicopee, her daughter Ashleigh Young of Greenfield, one brother Michael Lebert of Greenfield and two sisters Kathleen Dolat of Easthampton and Barbara Vitalis of Brattleboro, VT. Three grandchildren Aubrey Lillian Young, Huxley and Aiyana Drouin.She was predeceased by a son Colin-Michael Drouin in 1999, her sister Sharon Kobera in 2011 and a brother Alan Berry in 2004.A memorial service will be held on Friday May 8, 2015 at 10 a.m. at the Kostanski Funeral Home, 220 Federal St., with the Rev. Charles DiMascola officiating. There are no calling hours.
