PATTERSON, OliveSeptember 11, 1946 - April 21, 2012It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Olive Elizabeth Patterson at the age of 65 years, on April 21, 2012. She fought a courageous battle with multiple sclerosis and was admired for her positive attitude. She is survived by her devoted husband, Harold; two children, Julie (Greg) and Trevor (Sarah); grandchildren, Morgan, Kahler, Chase, Lindsay, Evelyn and Charlene; brothers, George (Noreen) of Northern Ireland, Lesley (Florence) of Scotland and sister Audrey (David) of England. She will also be dearly missed by her brother-in-law Harry of Edmonton, sister-in-law Maureen of Edmonton as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. We would like to further our thanks to her caregiver Josephine Balfinos, we couldn't have done it without her or the others for their care before Josephine. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Baker Funeral Chapel, 5302 - 50 Avenue in Wetaskiwin with Interment taking place at Lakedell Cemetery.
