MacLEOD, Nancy Jean 1947-2006 Peacefully in hospital, October 14 following a courageous struggle with multiple sclerosis. Precious daughter of Eileen MacLeod and the late Allen MacLeod. Loving mother of Amy and Brianne Allen. Dear sister of Lindsay (Ivan) and Robbie and god-daughter of Nancy Hanna. Special thanks to the caring staff at Saint-Vincent and General Hospital, to loyal friends Betty Lou and Sue. A memorial service will be held at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. followed by a reception. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Saint-Vincent Hospital or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
