NORMA BARBARA (CHARRON) WRIGHT SHELBURNE/MILTON - Norma passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 5, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. Norma was born on May 21, 1923, the daughter of Raymond and Adelle (Quavillon) Charron. She grew up in Burlington and moved to Shelburne after marrying Lawrence Wright. Norma and Larry owned and operated a farm, which was her homestead for 65 years. Every step of her life was guided by her faith and love of family (as well as the Celtics' season). Norma will be missed most of all for her wonderful sense of humor, generosity and ability to make every person she met feel special. Norma is survived by her children, Patricia and Wayne Dutchburn, Joanne and Joseph Harvey, Barbara Forziatti, Kathryn and Steven Alger, Margaret Wright, Lawrence Wright Jr., Mary and Donald Langlois, Christine and Gerald Hammond, Michael and Kelly Wright, Traci Wright, Elizabeth Wright and Peter Wright; 33 grandchildren; 33 greatgrandchildren; one greatgreat-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Wright Sr.; sons, Raymond and Paul Wright; and sister, Marion Burroughs. Special thanks for the loving care she received from Peter and Barbara. The family would also like to thank the staff at Fletcher Allen Health Care ER and the VNA. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at 10 a.m. at St. Jude's Roman Catholic Church in Hinesburg, with a reception following. Interment will be held this spring at Resurrection Park in South Burlington. Arrangements are in care of Corbin & Palmer Funeral and Cremation Service, 9 Pleasant St., Essex Junction. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Norma's memory to the Visiting Nurse Association, 1110 Prim Road, Colchester, VT 05446.
