Jan. 16, 1913-May 5, 2008 Myrtie Bell Gee Williams, 95, passed away on May 5, 2008, after a period of declining health. She was born on Jan. 16, 1913, in Jackson County but had lived in Hall County for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Callie Gee; her husband, H. Jackson Williams; and all of her siblings. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Callie and Buford Johnson, Carolyn and Al Sims and Cheryl and Randy Hendricks; daughter, Charlotte Ash; son and daughter-in-law, Jack C. and Linda Williams, all of Gainesville. Grandchildren and their spouses are Danny and Kathy White, Sue and Lee Price, Chris and Sabrina Williams and Jeff and Tiffani Hendricks, all of Gainesville and Dr. Keith and Lindsey Ash of Commerce. Great-grandchildren are Tori White, Garrett Ash and Andrew-Parker Hendricks, Carter Williams and Anslee, Hunter and Jackson Price and special nephew and his wife, Worth and Margie Lord. Visitation will be held at Little-Davenport Funeral Home Friday, May 9, 2008, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Following visitation a graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. at Airline Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Bradley Elliott will officiate. She was a longtime member of Air Line Baptist Church and the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Airline Baptist Church Building Fund, 3368 White Sulphur Road, Gainesville, GA 30501.
