SMITH, MICHAEL WALLIS, 38 Worthington Springs - Mr. Michael Wallis Smith, 38, of Worthington Springs died Saturday, May 12, 2007, at the Lake City Medical Center after an extended illness. Mr. Smith was born in Gainesville and moved to Worthington Springs in 1986. He was race car fabricator. He was a Baptist. Mr. Smith is survived by: His wife: Melissa Foerman Smith of Worthington Springs; one Daughter: Tiffany Kimey Smith of Lake City; one Son: Michael Randall Smith of Lake City; one Stepdaughter: Dianna Rachelle Wehner of Worthington Springs; one Stepson: Steven Noal Davis, Jr. of Worthington Springs; His Parents: Edwin and Thyra Smith of Lake City; one Brother: James E. Smith of Ellisville. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 14, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Archer Funeral Home of Lake Butler. Cremation will follow. ARCHER FUNERAL HOME of Lake Butler is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M..
