McNERNEY Kathryn Williams McNerney, passed away May 22, 2002. Born in Dayton, Ohio, she was a resident of Clay County for the past 18 years and was a member of First Baptist Church of Middleburg. Mrs. McNerney was an authority on primitive antiques and authored 13 books on the subject. She was preceded in death by her husband, thomas W. McNerney. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas L. and Martha McNerney of Middleburg; daughter, Sharon K. Fisher of Youngstown, NY; sister, Dorothy Fellows of Decatur, GA; and 2 granddaughters, Dr. Kathryn Hall and Rebecca Ann McNerney, MS. A Memorial service will be held Monday at 11:00AM in the chapel of Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 950 Park Ave., Orange Park with Dr. C. Alan Floyd, Jr. officiating.
