MARY P. MEADE DYER, IN Mary P. Meade of Dyer, passed away August 9, 2013. She is survived by her loving husband, James Meade; daughter, Grace (Dennis) Mertes; son, Fr. James W. Meade; daughter, Laura Ann LaVal; one granddaughter, Lindsey LaVal; six sisters: Grace, Gertrude, Rosalind, Katherine, Carol, and Elaine; numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives. Preceded in death by siblings: William, Robert, Elizabeth, Richard, John, and Dale. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, August 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Maria Goretti Church, 500 Northgate Drive, Dyer with Fr. Charles Niblick officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to mass inside the church. Burial at Ridgelawn Cemetery. Mary was formerly employed for 32 years at Lever Bros. as a Registered Nurse. She was a member of Lever Bros. Retiree Club and a member of St. Maria Goretti Church.
