UntitledMARY ANN SHUMAN HAYES LAVELLE1933-2007Mary Ann Shuman Hayes Lavelle, 74, of Pensacola passed away Sunday, July 29, 2007.Mrs. Lavelle was born in Portland, ME on June 10, 1933 to William R. and Mary Kearns Shuman. She attended Portland High School and went on to work at Maria's Restaurant and W.T. Grants in Portland, ME. After moving to Pensacola, Florida in 1976 she went to work at Kinder-World and Sears. She enjoyed reading and yelling BINGO!She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Ray Hayes and husband John F. Lavelle and granddaughter Brianna Bradley.Survivors include her children, David (Andra) Hayes, Laury (Rance) Bradley and Eric (Melissa) Hayes; special step-daughter, Eileen Lessard; step-daughter, Ellen (Terry) Small; step-sons, Jim (Julie) Lavelle and Paul Lavelle; grandchildren, Tony Bradley, Caitlyn Hayes, Robert, Raymond, Heather, Joseph, and Michael Hayes; step-grandchildren, Wayne, Christy, Scott, Christopher, Andy, Lindsey, and one special great-grandson, Nathan (Man) Bradley; life-long and very best friend, Pat York and special friend, Rose Lochirco; along with numerous other friends; siblings, Bill (Bunny) Shuman, Jim Shuman and Joan Parmenter; special nephew ,Jim Parmenter.Graveside service will be held 11:45am Friday, August 3, 2007 at Barrancas National Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Griffin officiating.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Diabetes Association, P.O.
