LeBLANC, Mary Frances-82, Vaughns, Hants Co., passed away Monday, January 27, 2003, in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born May 14, 1920, in Windsor, Hants Co., she was a daughter of the late Harvey and Clara (Porter) Armstrong. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. Mary is survived by her daughter, Betty (Ron) Wheaton, Pembroke; son, Ronald (Heather), Vaughns; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, George Armstrong, Three Mile Plains; sister, Rita Creelman, Dartmouth. She was predeceased by her husband, Leo George LeBlanc; brothers, Owen, Vincent "Vin" and John Armstrong. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home. At Mary's request, there will be no visitation or memorial service. Burial will take place in Plymouth United Baptist Cemetery, Plymouth, Yarmouth Co. Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
