SMITH, Martha L., 81, of Hudson, Fla., died January 2, 2006, in Hudson. She was born November 21, 1924, in Massachusetts and moved to Florida in 1958 from there. She was retired as a singer and entertainer, and she loved to play piano and bongos. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Spouses of Pearl Harbor Survivors, Daughters of the American Revolution, Brevard County, Ladies of the Elks, Brevard County, and Women of the Moose, Brevard County. She is survived by three sons, Thomas Smith, Hudson, Cliff Schilke, Jacksonville, Fla., and Wayne Schilke, Jacksonville; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
