KELLY HAMMOND, Margaret Isobel (nee Kelly). After a lengthy illness, at her home on Saturday, January 1, 2000, in her seventy-ninth year. Beloved wife of Charles L. Hammond. Loved sister of Roberta Shipman (Harry). Sister-in-law of Peggy Hammond. Fondly remembered by her niece Marion Feeney (Garry) and nephews Ward Shipman (Kawong), Bruce, Ross and David Hammond. Mrs. Hammond was a teacher in the Lachine area for many years until her retirement in 1978. Visitation will be at Collins Clarke Funeral Home, 222 Highway 20 (Cartier exit 49), Pointe Claire on Thursday and Friday, January 6 and 7, 2000 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
