LEE, MRS. ALICE HERREN 74, a resident of Lake Martin, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly in the tragic tornado on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, along with her sister, Mrs. Becky Herren Woodall. Funeral services will be Monday, May 02, 2011, 11:00am, at the First United Methodist Church, Tallassee, Alabama, with Rev. Dave Barkalow officiating, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Lee is survived by her daughter, Mary Elizabeth Lee and her sons, John Edward Lee, III (Lynda) and James Whitfield Lee. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Amanda Michelle Lee (Jason Kriethe), John Edward Lee, IV, P. Benjamin Lee, Dylan Whitfield Lee and Marshall Floyd Lee; her sister, Vivian Toellner (Bruce) and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lee is preceded in death by her parents, Arnold Whitfield and Fannie Herren. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 01, 2011, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
