Lue Ella Jones, formerly of 13 Carter St., died Nov. 16, 2003, at Westside Nursing Center.Born in Tignall, Ga., she was a daughter of the late Calvin and Victoria Walton. She was a retired cook with the Greenville County school system.Survivors are a daughter, Gloria Smith of Simpsonville; sons, George Eddie Jones of Greenville, and David Jones of Simpsonville; a sister, Lurleen Wright of Syracuse, N.Y.; and three grandchildren, David A. Jones, Arelene T'Pring Jones and Tiffany Parks.Funeral service: Noon Thursday at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with burial at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.The family is at the home.
