Lillian H. (Harvey) Bouffard, 86, formerly of Manchester, died peacefully in her home in Hartford, CT on June 15, 2005.She was born in Manchester on December 31, 1918, the daughter of the late John and Mary (Martin) Harvey. She was a graduate of Central High School and lived in Manchester for over 30 years before moving to Hartford in 1952. She was a senior administrative assistant to the City Clerk of Hartford from 1970 until her retirement in 1980. She was an active member of St. Lawrence O’Toole Church in Hartford. She was the widow of Benoit D. Bouffard who died in 1980.In Her Life: She was survived by a son, Donald T. Bouffard and his wife Sandra of Westboro, MA; a daughter Diane E. Bouffard and her husband William Bibbo of Waltham, MA; a grandson, David S. Bouffard and his wife Lucia of Brooklyn, NY; a granddaughter, Suzanne M. Bouffard of Cambridge, MA; one great grandson, Cole Bouffard of Brooklyn, NY; a brother, Paul H. Harvey and his wife Ann of Manchester; a sister-in-law, Therese Gariepy of Manchester; and many nephews and nieces.Family and friends will be gathering on Saturday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:30 in St. Augustin Church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
