A memo­rial service celebrating the life of Karen R. Martin 63, of Palm Coast, will be celebrated on Fri­day, October 31, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 2323 N. State St., Bunnell. Mrs. Martin passed away on Wednes­day, October 29, 2008 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. She was born on July 18, 1945 to the late Maynard and Kathryn Roseen (Larson) in Bristol, CT. In 2001 she moved to the Palm Coast area with her husband from Westfield, Mass. She was a devoted member of Christ Lu­theran Church, and in her free time she volunteered at the Flor­ida Hospital Flagler Thrift Shop, enjoyed making crafts, solving puzzles, reading books and liv­ing life to the fullest in her be­loved sunny Florida. Survivors include her husband of 15 years Gene; son, Todd Wyman, of Ver­non, CT; daughter, Jodi and her husband Mark Elsemore, of Tolland, CT; step-daughter, Mary, and her husband, Scott Levukich, of Maryland; sisters, Carol Osden, of Bristol, CT; Vir­ginia Riquier, of Palm Coast; niece, Dawn Osden, of Bristol, CT; grandchildren, Joshua, Joce­lyn, Joel and Sara.
