BRATTLEBORO - JoAnne Lynn Williams, 46, died June 1, 2010, at her home, following a period of declining health.She was born in Rutland March 12, 1964, the daughter of Joseph and Patricia (Pomykala) Lulek, and was educated in local schools.She was employed as a flagger for several highway construction firms throughout New England and in North Carolina.She was a member of Calvary Bible Church in Rutland and enjoyed fishing and traveling.Survivors include her father of Swanton; a brother, Steven Lulek of Rutland; a sister, Sherry Lulek of Westford; a half-brother, William Lulek of St. Albans; a half-sister, Sandra Stone of Highgate; a stepsister, Lori Lulek of St. Albans; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
