Jane Hooper Davis, 93, passed away on Sunday. Jane was born on December 16, 1919 the daughter of Arthur and Hazel Hooper. She was a graduate of Syracuse University and married Stewart Davis in 1946. Jane has resided in Manlius since 1965. Jane will be remembered for her joy for life and her active participation in the community and church. She was beloved by her many friends and family. She is survived by her two children, Stewart Davis and Deborah Frank. Jane had three surviving grandchildren: Heather McCarthy, Michael Frank and Sandra Chisholm. She also had three great-grandchildren: Hayes and Davis Chisholm and Molly McCarthy. She was predeceased by her husband, Stewart Davis, in 2004. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made in memory of Jane to one of the following: DeWitt Community Church at 3600 Erie Blvd. E., Syracuse, NY 13214 or CNY SPCA at 5878 East Molloy Road, Syracuse, NY 13211.
