Jackie Lee Stewart Smith, 66, of 325 Edenberry Way, died Friday, December 18, 2009, at East Cooper Regional Medical Center in Mt. Pleasant.Born in Easley, Mrs. Smith was the daughter of the late James Joel and Sarah Guest Stewart. She worked for Alice Manufacturing as a warper tender and was a member of Jones Avenue Baptist Church.Surviving are her husband, Tommy Smith of the home; one son, Kenneth Smith and wife Annette of Milton, WI; one daughter, Denise Smith Retzer and husband Mike of Easley; one brother, Randal Stewart and wife Barbara Jean of Pickens; three grandchildren, Bianca Rose Smith, Michael Howard Retzer, Jr., Brittany Justine Retzer; and a special family member, Edward Stewart, his wife Kela, and their two children. Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2009, in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road with Reverend Scott Willis officiating.Visitation will be prior to the service Tuesday evening from 4 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Jones Avenue Baptist Church Building Fund; PO Box 1688; Easley, SC 29641.The family is at the home.Condolences may be expressed online at www.robinsonfuneralhomes.com or in person at Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road, which is assisting the family.
