HELEN T. PAULSON (NEE ERCEG) SCHERERVILLE, IN Helen T. Paulson, age 84, of Schererville, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2008. She is survived by her son, Michael of Schererville; daughter, Donna Grabowski of Griffith; three granddaughters: Dawn (David) Hinkel, Melissa (Michael) Felty and Heather Grabowski; three great-grandchildren: Samuel and Rachael Hinkel, and Michael Felty; two brothers: Ranko and Theodore (Donna) Erceg; sister, Dorothy Erceg; in-laws: Bernard (Betty) Rose Paulson and Lucile Fulka. Preceded in death by her husband, Louis; parents: Mile and Danica Erceg; and one brother, Mirko Erceg. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 6, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. from the Solan-Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville, IN (corner of Main and Kennedy) for a 10:30 a.m. mass at St. Michael Catholic Church, Schererville with Fr. Mick Kopil officiating. At rest, Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 2:00-7:00 p.m. (prayer service 4:30 p.m.) at the funeral home. Helen was formerly of Gary and East Chicago. She was a member of St. Michael's Church. Helen retired from Carson Pirie Scott & Co. in Woodmar Shopping Center.
