Gregory Renard Williams GASTON- The Homegoing Service for Gregory Renard Williams will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Brookland Baptist Church (1066 Sunset Boulevard, West Columbia) with burial at Serenity Memorial Gardens. Bostick-Tompkins Funeral Home (2930 Colonial Drive, Columbia) has been entrusted with the arrangements. Greg was born in Oakland, California to the late Charles and Louise Williams, Sr. He passed away on February 14, 2015 at Palmetto Health Parkridge Hospital. He was 55. Greg was a graduate with C.A. Johnson High School's Class of 1979. He worked for many years at Kinder World Daycare; doing catering work; heading Security at Richland Fashion Mall; and as a Laboratory Technician at the South Carolina Department of Mental Health. He attended several different churches in the area. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer M. Williams; two sons, Brian L. and Todd A. Harrison; four sisters: Cynthia (Earl) Sumler, Floretta Williams, Melisa (Bobby) Younger and his adopted sister, Courtney Cooper; two brothers, Charles and Xavier Williams; mother-in-law, Evelyn Montgomery; and a host of other loving relatives and friends, who will miss him dearly.
