George "Carl" Williams, 62, Venice, died May 14, 2003. He was born June 9, 1940, in Greeley, Colo., and came to Venice in 1957 from Platteville, Colo. He retired as sales manager of Frito-Lay Corp. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 337, Michigan Teamsters Joint Council 43. Survivors include his wife, Georgia E.; sons Brian C. of North Port and Sean P. of Mesa, Ariz.; a daughter, Bridget E. of Fowlerville, Mich.; stepdaughters Deborah Marshall of Grand Rapids, Mich., Cynthia Werner of Coloma, Mich., and Kathleen Owens of Haslett, Mich.; stepsons Victor White of Lapeer, Mich., and Mark White of Grand Rapids; a sister, Bonnie Jones of Sarasota; four grandchildren; and 10 stepgrandchildren. No services are scheduled. Farley Funeral Home and Crematory, Venice Chapel, is in charge.
