LEE Frances Hiscock Lee, 90, passed away on July 7, 2014. She was born and raised in Newfoundland, Canada to Norman and Violette Hiscock. Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband Rufus. She is survived by 2 sisters, Kay and Doreen, 2 brothers Roy and Ben, 2 sons Roger (Marie), Glen and one daughter Delta Snowden (Ronnie). Frances is also survived by her grandchildren Joshua Lee, Caitlin Frances, Roger Norman and Tonya Snowden. Frances was a devoted Christian and a member of The Church of The Redeemer. She was a reserved lady and her passions were sewing, crafting, collecting sea shells, fishing and gardening. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 13, 2014 from 3-5 pm at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Rd. N. Jacksonville, FL 32225. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 14, 2014 in Chapel Hills Memory Gardens at 10:00 AM.
