Funeral service for Eva Mae Hudson, 72, Green Avenue, Daytona Beach, who died August 22, 2007, at Florida Hospital-Oceanside, Ormond Beach, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, September 1, at Hope Fellowship Church with Pastor Derrick Triplett officiating. Viewing will be today (Friday) from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the R.J. Gainous Funeral Home and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until time of service at the church. Mrs. Hudson was born in Bartow, Ga., and moved to this area in 1955 from there. She worked for 44 years for the Daytona Linen Service. She was a member of Hope Fellowship Church where she served on the Board of Ushers, and was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include two daughters, Janet Marie Terry, Daytona Beach, Sharon Hudson-Nesbitt (Elton), Ft. Lauderdale; three sons, Robert "Bubba" Hudson, Jr., Samuel Raynard Hudson (Angie) and Perry Hudson, Sr. (Lauren), all of Daytona Beach; two sisters, Elouise Geans and Mary Tillmon, both of Holly Hill; brother, Thomas Tillmon, Jr., Daytona Beach; 18 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
