Mrs. Ella "Sister" Williams - Savannah/Richmond, CA -Mrs. Ella "Sister" Williams, 88, had her transition Saturday, December 23, 2006 at her residence in Richmond, CA. A native of Savannah, she and her spouse, Frawley Richard Williams of the United States Air Force, who preceded her in death, moved to Northern CA in 1952, later they finally settled in Richmond, CA. Ella was a long standing member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Rodeo, CA. She leaves to mourn her passing, two sisters-in-law, Viola Middleton of Savannah and Jessie Mae Burnett of Roxesburg, MA; two nieces, Jackie McQueen of Savannah and Mozell Rhodes of Garden City, MI; other relatives, Oscar Tindal of Suisun City, CA, Emily Watkins of Savannah, Richard Tindal of Savannah, William Tindal of Hercules, CA, several grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins and close friends.
